Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

Aarposh’s Exchange, Return & Refund Policy is designed to ensure complete customer satisfaction. 

If you are not satisfied with the purchased fabric whether due to color, meaurment, quality, or any other reason, you may contact us via WhatsApp or call (0321-8816191) within 7 days of delivery. 

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging along with the invoice. Once the return is approved, we offer either a full refund or an exchange as per your preference. Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method. 

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. In case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping charges. Our goal is to build trust, so even if you simply don’t like the fabric, a refund is still available.
